
周全(Quan Zhou / John Zhou),上海人,系八极拳名家 郝鸿昌、王长典 两位大师之入室弟子,长期致力于八极拳体系研究与实战化教学,内外兼修,技艺精湛,曾多次在国际武术交流与赛事活动中获得优异成绩。
移居美国洛杉矶后,周全先生专注于中华武术的海外系统化传播,先后创立 北美中华武术联合总会 与 世界精武体育总会,相关机构注册会员及学员规模逾三万人,
持续在北美及国际范围内开展武术教学、培训与文化交流活动。
在学术与身心研究领域,周全博士长期研修东方医学与传统身心训练体系,强调传统武术、身心健康与东方哲学之间的系统融合,并从事相关教学、研究及国际交流工作。
经美国国防部(Department of Defense)相关程序审核备案,周全先生已正式纳入 DBIDS(Defense Biometric Identification System) 管理体系,并以 合作教官与交流人员 身份,在授权范围内进入相关军事及国防合作设施,开展八极拳教学、训练及文化交流活动,推动中华武学在国际环境中的规范化、实战化与专业化传播。
多年来,周全始终秉持“技中有道,力中有德” 的武学理念,以武修身、以文化人,持续为中美文化交流与中华武术的国际传播搭建稳固而理性的桥梁。

Quan Zhou (John Zhou), a native of Shanghai, China,
is an indoor disciple of renowned Bajiquan masters Hao Hongchang and Wang Changdian.
He has devoted many years to the systematic study and applied instruction of Bajiquan,
integrating internal cultivation with practical combat principles,
and has achieved outstanding results in international martial arts exchanges and competitions.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Mr. Zhou has focused on the structured international promotion of Chinese martial arts.
He founded the North America Chinese Martial Arts Federation and the World Jingwu Athletic Federation,
with a registered membership and student base exceeding 30,000 participants worldwide.
Through these organizations, he continues to conduct martial arts instruction, professional training,
and cultural exchange programs across North America and internationally.
In the academic and mind–body disciplines, Dr. Zhou has pursued advanced studies in Oriental medicine
and traditional mind–body training systems, emphasizing the integration of martial arts, health sciences,
and Eastern philosophy through teaching, research, and international academic exchange.
Following formal review and registration procedures with the U.S. Department of Defense,
Mr. Zhou is officially enrolled in the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
He serves as a DoD-registered cooperating instructor and exchange participant,
authorized to independently access designated military and defense-related facilities within approved scopes,
where he conducts Bajiquan instruction, training, and cultural exchange activities.
His work contributes to the professionalization, practical application,
and internationalization of traditional Chinese martial arts.

Quan Zhou continues to cultivate martial excellence, cultural responsibility,
and cross-cultural understanding,
